NeKaWa Cup

The Second Annual NeKaWa Cup will be held Sunday June 14, 2026, at Shoreline Golf Club in Carter Lake IA.  NeKaWa is “short” for Nebraska, Kansas & Iowa.  The intention of the event is to promote camaraderie and play between Hickory regional players from Nebraska, Kansas and Iowa. The event is an 18-hole individual match-play Hickory golf team event.  Players will be assigned to one of two teams, with their individual matches vs their opponent determined by SoHG or GHIN handicaps and compatibility and with as much parody as possible. Maximum handicap for women is 40 and 30 for men.  Winner of each Individual Match will receive $50 prize money!  Equipment must be SoHG approved pre-1935 antique or replica clubs.  Range finders allowed.
